松茸

被称之为“菌中之王”的松茸，学名松口蘑，别名大花菌、松茸、剥皮菌，纳西语称“裕茂萝”，是丽江地产菌类中的山珍。丽江出产的松茸朵头大，茎柄粗，肉质纯白细嫩，具有一股浓郁的香味。

生长松茸的地方需要具备三个基本条件，即美人松、大理香花、沙壤土，采集较困难，产地老百姓夜间打手电上山，采下后应用冰袋降温，一般只可保鲜三天，所以弥足珍贵。

吹肝

这是一道藏族菜。主要流行于云南迪庆藏族自治州一带。在云南的白族、汉族中也有食用。以猪肝为主料制成。吹肺、吹肝又叫腌猪肺、猪肝，是藏族独特的腌肉制品之一。

吹肺用新鲜猪肺从喉头吹气，边吹边用手拍打猪肺，使之扩张，再将适量的食盐、草果粉、辣椒面和蒜泥用温开水调成乳状，用汤匙从喉头灌入肺内，边灌、边抖、边吹气，边拍打，约需重复5-6次方能灌满。

羊肚菌

羊肚菌又称羊肚菜、羊蘑。用于食积气滞、脘腹胀满、痰壅气逆喘咳。羊肚菌又称羊肚菜、羊蘑。羊肚菌又名草笠竹，是一种珍贵的食用菌和药用菌。

羊肚菌在山火之后的两至三年内产量特高，因此北美的采摘者会根据山火来采集羊肚菌。然而，当火灾被控制后，在同一个地区内，它的生长数量会年复一年地减少。

丽江雪桃

丽江雪桃，为地理标志证明商标，产于云南省丽江市。云南丽江雪桃是在丽江特有的土壤、空气、水源、气候等自然条件下利用玉龙雪山附近独有的红心山毛桃为砧木，经过多年精心培育出来的极晚熟冬桃新品种。

在云南丽江玉龙雪山脚下，海拔2400米的玉龙县生长着一种珍稀的桃树，丽江雪桃。雪桃又被称为冬桃，成熟的时间往往是深秋或是初冬时节。

滇橄榄

滇橄榄又名云南余甘子，是大戟科落叶灌木或乔木植物余甘子的果实。植物春季开花，花小，单生黄色，雌雄同株。果实肉质，扁球形，熟时呈红色。

产于亚洲热带地区，我国南部常见。为一种重要的药食两用植物资源。滇橄榄果汁风味独特，营养丰富，除了含有氨基酸和微量元素外，更为重要的是它Vc含量高。
