——【奶香软麻花】——
●●【食材】：面粉500克，白糖80克，耐高糖酵母6克，奶粉40克，鸡蛋1个，盐2克，温水100克，牛奶100克，食用油适量

1、准备好所需要的食材，就可以开始制作啦！第一步我们先来和面。面粉、耐高糖酵母、奶粉、鸡蛋放在盆中，搅拌均匀。
2、另取一个小盆子，加入牛奶、温水、盐、白糖放在一起搅拌均匀，让白糖融化，然后倒入面粉盆子中，先用筷子搅拌成絮状，再下手揉成光滑的面团，醒面5分钟让面团充分吸收水分，再揉一次，面团会变得柔软又光滑。盖上保鲜膜，静置5分钟。
3、案板上抹点油，不要太多，否则不好操作。把面团取出来，分成小剂子，大约80克每个，分别搓成拇指粗细的长条，并排放好，表面盖上保鲜膜，醒面10分钟左右。
4、时间到了，开始搓麻花吧！取出一个长条剂子，两只手搓细、搓长，两只手分别捏住两端，反方向上劲儿。
5、对折一下，让其自然扭在一起，这时候还没有成功，还需要再次帮助它反方向上劲儿。
6、然后提起来再对折一下，这样就会自然形成一个小麻花，稍微整理一下，更好看一些。
7、其他的剂子都要依次做好，放在一个不粘的盘子里，或者案板上。放在一个温暖的地方进行发酵，大约需要30——40分钟。冬季温度低，但北方的小伙伴们屋里都有暖气，发酵很容易，南方的小伙伴们可以放在蒸锅内，底下烧点温水，不要太热，也可以放在烤箱或微波炉内，旁边放一碗热水帮助发酵。
8、等到麻花坯子看起来比较圆润又饱满，用手指轻轻按一下很有弹性就可以下锅炸了。锅烧热放入适量食用油，油温5成热，大约160度左右的时候，放入麻花开始炸，有温度计的小伙伴们可以用温度计测量一下。没有温度计的小伙伴也不要着急，用一根筷子试一下油温，把一根筷子竖着放进油锅里，筷子的周围慢慢有小气泡升起的时候油温刚好。
9、把麻花坯子放进油锅，小火慢慢炸熟炸香，麻花的颜色变得金黄，奶香软麻花就炸好了。又香又软，奶香味浓，非常好吃，实在没忍住，我边炸边吃，不知不觉偷吃了3根嘿嘿。

制作小技巧：
1、炸麻花的时候一定要保持小火，火太大容易外表炸糊而里面还是生面。2、炸好的麻花一定要用漏勺捞出来，因为这麻花太软太酥了。
